Our shopping cart accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If you prefer, you may also use your PayPal account to pay for your order.
Before you complete your on-line order, you will be asked to set up an account with us. This will allow you to track your order, place future orders more easily, and save your address information etc. If necessary, we will use the email address and/or telephone number you supply to contact you if we have questions about your order.
If you are uncomfortable about transmitting your credit card order through the Internet, you may telephone your order to us.
UDogU Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a UdogU product that you purchased, or need a different size, please return it in saleable condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Refunds include a refund of sales tax, if any, but not of the shipping charge.
Items purchased from our Barkin' Basement can be returned for a credit to be applied to another UDogU purchase. There are no refunds for Barkin' Basement items.
