Measuring your dog's rib cage is the most important part in choosing the correct size harness for your dog. We have designed our harnesses for your dog's comfort and to be super easy for you to use. These two objectives are met by measuring your dog correctly and choosing the correct size.
Have you ordered before? All of your previous orders are listed in your Order History. You can find this under Account Information after you log in. If you already have a UDogU harness that fits, you can find the size code on the back of the black UDogU tag, as pictured. Note that the teacup sizes TC and TCP are very small, and the toy sizes T and TP are quite a bit larger.

Due to the large number of harnesses that are returned to us for a larger size, we have changed our Harness Exchange Policy. If you have ordered the wrong size, please send the unused harness back to us within 30 days, and we will refund the charge for the harness and any associated sales tax. You are welcome to place a new order for the correct size.
If you are not sure which harness size to select, we will be glad to help. Simply send us by email or by text (727 861-3899) the following information: dog breed, age, male or female, weight and inches around your dog's rib cage. We will reply with sizing information.
If you find that the harness that you purchased is the wrong size, we recommend re-ordering the correct size and adding a note in the "comment box" that you are returning the harness that you purchased earlier. Please include the date of your purchase and the order number, if possible. We will refund the purchase price and applicable sales tax when the returned harness is received.
