Our items are in stock, and we generally fill and ship orders by First Class Mail within 48 hours after we receive them, but we do get backed up a few days when we have just sent a mailing and received a large number of orders.

When we ship, we email you a shipping notice; these often go into spam mailboxes, so please check there if you are expecting a shipment. You can also look at the status of your order in your Order History. To do this, log in and choose Order History from the Account drop-down (top right). The Order History includes all of your orders, with any additional comments about returns, sizes, etc.

We ship out of our location in Florida, so please allow 3-6 days for delivery.
